Shipping
You'll be sent a tracking number when we ship your order.
We offer international shipping to most countries. Get in touch if there isn't a shipping option or if shipping seems suspiciously high, but keep in mind we are shipping from Australia.

International Taxes + Duties
Keep in mind that international orders do not include potential taxes and duties charges which may be applied by customs authorities upon delivery into your country. Payment of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, check your local customs website or contact them directly as these vary from country to country.

Refusal to pay customs taxes or duties may result in the parcel being returned to us or even destroyed :( in which case we reserve the right to charge customers any shipping fees associated.

Local Delivery
If you live within 5km of Camberwell, (Vic Australia) you can also select a free local delivery.

Returns
So you’ve had a change of mind or it doesn’t fit. That’s a shame, but we’ve all been there.
If you return it to us within 14 days in new condition you’ll get a full refund. You can post at your own expense or drop it off. 

Warranty
If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of our product, we’ll replace, refund or repair it free of charge in the first year. We can also discuss postage options.

Repairs
Even our gear will eventually wear out - when it does, we’ll do what we can to repair it. We want to keep our gear out there as long as possible! There may be a small cost and we’ll quote you first. You can post at your own expense or drop it off.
